Scope:
Initially Aperture were only requested to waterproofing the penetrations through the risers; there were purpose made capping pieces over each opening. It was quickly discovered that these ‘cappings’ were not air tight. Aperture were requested to strip off all the cappings & complete the full weathering system to each riser opening. On completion the building was fully watertight & airtight.
