Scope:
Aperture were involved on completion of the main roof waterproofing to ensure the building was watertight prior to internal works commencing. In order to achieve this, the main contractor, arranged for the M&E contractor to install the ductwork sections penetrating the risers well in advance of them being connected below. This enabled Aperture to completely seal all the riser openings in one continuous visit therefore ensuring the roof was 100% watertight at a very early stage of the construction phase.
