Our Quality Assurance certification was monitored and audited by SGS to ensure we could provide a quality service to all our customers. BS5750 evolved into ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, and Aperture maintained certification throughout this development. Our Management System ensures we remain in control of our supply chain through a robust auditing process, and we control our activities through the development of our own documented policies and procedures. All activities within Aperture are audited internally, and our external UKAS accredited certification body, SGS, carries out regular and frequent surveillance visits.
In 2009 Aperture recognised the need to operate an Environmental Management System to the requirements of ISO 14001, and to operate an Occupational Health and Safety management system to the requirements of ISO 45001, to be able to assure our customers of our commitments to the environment and Health and Safety. Management systems were developed to comply with the requirements of both systems, and in 2010 Aperture became one of the first National Specialist Contractors to gain certification for all three management systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001 under a new Integrated Management System. Aperture’s certification to all three systems is externally audited on a regular basis by SGS, the UKAS accredited certification body. The Integrated Management System requires continual improvement, with objectives and targets being set and several KPI’s being raised.
