A total of 40 volunteers helped to transform the schoolyard as part of the Business in the Community’s Give and Gain Day, a national day of employee volunteering. Volunteers helped to build an outdoor classroom, an outdoor pathway complete with a roundabout, zebra crossing and speed bumps so children can develop their awareness of road safety.
